Tineco Unveils the FLOOR ONE i7 Fold: A Lightweight Wet-Dry Vacuum

Wet-and-dry vacuums are often bulky and cumbersome, making them a challenge to use and store. However, Tineco, a prominent name in the cleaning appliance market, has introduced a new model that aims to redefine this category. The FLOOR ONE i7 Fold resembles a cordless stick vacuum in both appearance and maneuverability. I had the opportunity to test it at CES 2026, and I was impressed by its compact design and agility.

The only competitor I've encountered that rivals its lightness and ease of movement is the Dyson WashG1, which notably lacks suction—a significant drawback.

Weighing in at just under 8 lbs (3.6 kg), the i7 Fold is lighter than many traditional stick vacuums, including the Shark PowerDetect cordless (8.38 lbs / 3.8 kg). Its streamlined design is impressive for a wet-dry vacuum, but the standout feature is its ability to hinge forward in the middle.

This unique design allows it to bend into an L-shape, making it easier to clean under furniture. This concept, borrowed from the best cordless vacuums, is a game-changer for those who prefer not to crouch down to clean beneath cabinets. Additionally, the model can lie completely flat, and Tineco has thoughtfully included a small wheel on the underside for enhanced maneuverability.

The forward-bending feature also enables the vacuum to fold in half for compact storage.

A representative from Tineco explained that reducing the size of this wet-dry vacuum was a significant engineering challenge. Remarkably, it does not compromise on performance; it offers slightly less suction power than Tineco's full-sized models and typically lasts around 20-30 minutes per charge (up to 50 minutes in Eco mode), which is commendable for this type of cleaner.

The FLOOR ONE i7 Fold is showcased on the US Tineco site, but it is not yet available for purchase. I am currently confirming launch dates and pricing and will update this article with more information as it becomes available.
