My score: Perfect
This game turned out to be easier than expected, despite initial impressions of difficulty.
While I was initially overwhelmed by some long words, I realized that challenging terms often appear for reasons beyond their definitions. For instance, I had no idea what CEFTAZIDIME was (it's an antibiotic), but experience has taught me that tricky words can be part of the game.
That said, I managed to identify the tiles related to U.S. coins before the last group. Congratulations if you did too.

What is NYT Connections?
NYT Connections is one of several increasingly popular word games developed by the New York Times. It challenges players to identify groups of four items that share a common theme, with varying difficulty levels: green is easy, yellow is slightly harder, blue is often quite challenging, and purple is usually very difficult.
Fortunately, you don't need to solve the final group, as you can deduce it through elimination. Additionally, you can make up to four mistakes, providing some leeway.
While it is more complex than games like Wordle, it offers numerous opportunities for tricky wordplay. Be cautious of homophones and other word games that might obscure the answers.
You can play it for free on the NYT Games site on both desktop and mobile.
